This is a super fun toy, for everyone in the family. Sadly, ours died Died after only a couple times using it, so i reached out to their support team. The help From Steven was fast and very effective. He determined we needed to send the pen back, so he immediately got a replacement to me and I shipped the broken doodler back in the package the new one came in. He even followed up to let me know it was a bad rod (user error) that clogged the machine. So read your instructions, and keep an eye on your kiddos to make sure they don't put a rod in that is flawed! We are back to messing with this toy, and its really fun to figure out different ways to create with it.

I had an issue with the pen where my daughter got some of the filament stuck. I chatted with the support desk, and he set up for me to receive a replacement since it was under warranty. It came quickly, and I really appreciated that the replacement came in a reusable envelope that was addressed back to the company. So, it saved me from having to find something to ship it back in and a trip to the post office. They made it VERY convenient. After receiving my non-working pen, they even sent me an explanation of what was wrong with it. I was really impressed with the support I received. They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. I was thankful that it wasn't a hassle to replace it.

My 10yo daughter got this for Christmas and loves it! Easy to use and lots of ideas if things to create.With that said, ours jammed up. Reach led out to customer service and they were fantastic. After going through all the troubleshooting they sent a new one and she’s back to using it again.

It is easy to use for kids and the filament comes out warm enough to slightly mold if they make a mistake, but not so warm that it could hurt them if they put it directly into their hands. The only problem I have with it is the limited options for refills. Only this company's refills fit it, and it's not easy to buy by the color you want. You pretty much have to get 5 pieces of more than 20 colors, so if you want to use a lot of one color you have to buy a ton of packs.

My 9 year old son loves making creations with this. I was more impressed with the customer service. Ours stopped working a month or so after he started using it. I contacted the company and they sent a new pen immediately. I sent the one that wasn't working back to them and they took a look at it and provided us feedback and instructions on why it stopped working so we wouldn't make the same mistake with the new one. Can't find much good customer service anymore and I was pleasantly surprised with this company.

Good quality , best gift to gift . Only downside is it don’t stay charged long , other than that it’s great quality and works well .

Fun product and I love to steal it from my daughter to play around. Battery does not last long. Also when switching colors there is always some residual filament left behind so be prepared to have blended colors OR weird small projects on the side to use up the odd color until the new color is fully coming out.

La verdad es un producto muy bueno, a mi hija de 5 años le encantó y le pareció muy bonito y los diseños muy buenos. Es un tanto difícil de usar al principio, pues el cargar las barritas de colores puede costarles un poco al principio. Al principio le frustró que no se hacía el 3D directo, si no que tenía que estar uniendo caras en 2D, pero una vez logrado esto, fue un excelente regalo que disfrutó mucho.
