So I do a lot of 3-D scanning on my spare time in these markers are essential. They’re easy to put on an easy to remove, which are vital to being efficient. Of course, they also work really well in terms of tracking the scanner and all of my scanners whether it’s my high-end or low in scanners, they all work well.

These are absolutely good dots, they are easy to use. They are properly designed for good functionality. The adhesive holds well.witjoit being permanently adhered. Overall a good option if they suit the need.

These dots are a bit big for desktop projects perhaps. The adhesive isn't really conducive to reuse. They are very retroreflective and don't tear but yeah, I don't think I'm happy with the large size.

I have the Creality scan ferret which I purchased when it first came out. It has been hit or miss how well it works for me. These actually do help the scanner keep tracking much better. They are a little larger than I thought they would be but thats on me for not paying attention to the size when I ordered them. Either way they still worked well with my scanner. There are a lot of dots included and they seem to be somewhat reusable too. Its a good value for the money and so far they are working for me.

Cheap scanners are great but need a lot of augmentation to get good scans "quickly". These dot stickers did help provide stable reference points for my scans.

A lot of the cheap scanners don't do great, print some tracking towers and use these dots, and you can get a much better scan more easily. If you have a 3D scanner, tracking dots are well worth the time and effort to use.

I tried these markers with a new Einscan 3d scanner. I have zero experience scanning, but it's been days of fun learning. The scanners were on order, then I see these markers, and selected them. The manual suggests using only its brand-name scanning markers. I wondered why, what are the differences? These PargaDeco brand have a caution label: "Static sensitive device" ? What's up with that? I figured a marker is just a dot with adhesive. In any case, I tested these PargaDeco along side the ones the scanner provided, and they appear in some ways different. Glue is different, so they were easier to remove from the melamine coffee cup, and reuse.Slightly different color and brightness may account for the scan-differences. Also different scanners use different forms of lighting... InfraRed .. laser... Who knows what these things are best suited for. Asking price was $10.99 for 300.They work fine as far as I know. It looks like a "texture" scan is best for tracking markers. The faster non-textured scan didn't see them and just made holes where these dots are.
