I was excited to try this seeing the hype online. I was let down very quickly. It does have good adhesion. The smooth texture vs the rough texture this plate makes is a nice change. The holographic patter does transfer to the print. The problem is the holographic doesn’t stay at all. You barely wipe your finger across it and it wipes right off. You can see the break in the holographic lines in my photos, that is from lightly rubbing my finger across it. Literally no effort rubs it off. The quality of the plate isn’t there either. The edges are sharp and the holographic film is low quality. After the first print the film has distortion/lumped up shape of the print that was made on it. Just low quality product.

Disappointed. Coating on plate came off after 3rd print. Also, Elegoo printers runs a bead of filament across the front of the plate. Elegoo plates have a center tab to print the test. These plates have tabs on the left and right up front, making the test strip print loosely on the mechanics of Elegoo printers.

I bought this since I hadn't used my printer in a while because the heating plate it came with kinda sucked... but this one fixed that! Off the bat when I used it and after I calibrated the printer. It stuck to the base plate like Flys on crap. 10/10

I did a test print on the smooth side to see not only how well the print would stick to the plate, but to also see how easy it would be to remove and how smooth it was on the bottom. The print I'm showing in the pictures is the "Jungle Ship Benchy". While the bottom did show the pattern from the plate, it was smooth as glass. Actually, a very cool effect!The print held firm on the plate and was easy to remove when the plate cooled, leaving no residue or "shadow" on the plate. In other words, the plate didn't even look like it had something recently printed on it! All of this was done without any adhesives being added to the plate!I did not test the textured (gold) side, as I figured it would perform just like my original one did (you'll probably need an adhesive for that side).I purchased the 235x235 plate and it fit my Neptune 3 Pro perfectly. A word of caution though, this plate does have some fairly sharp edges, handle it with care and you'll be just fine.For less than $16 (at the time of this review), this plate is well worth the price and I have no problem at all in recommending it.

It works well, but after a few prints the diamond side is lifting off and bubbling.

Everything sticks! Fits the bed very well and by imparting holographic designs to the bottom of your prints screams quality. Great deal and super easy to use. Very straight forward in its usage.
