These came inside a thin ziplock bag inside a padded envelope. The pins had pushed through the ziplock bag so I counted to make sure all 38 were there and I found 40...These are being used in a harbor freight needle scaler that I purchased for about $25. I have used it to remove rust and it actually works really well to remove concrete chips wedged in between slabs.This bag of pins will give you two replacement sets of pins for your needle scaler.

The needle scaler that I purchased them for broke almost eminently. Matter of fact broke two needle scaler adapters eminently even with running the air pressure 10 lbs. less than recommended Do not buy extra needles unless you are running a factory, you will never wear them out.
