Your cart is empty.GM Part# 3899621 Chevy aluminum bell housing. This bell housing fits all 11" clutch big and small block Chevrolet engines with the 168-tooth 14” flywheel. Correct with GM logo and part number! Buyer Beware- there is many reproductions of this bell housing on the market. Most sellers’ only state, “correct gm number”, but fail to mention the logo is incorrect. These incorrect reproductions come with a CM or CN in place of the GM in front of the part number. This allows a loophole for the sellers to avoid GM licensing fees and inspection standards while depreciating the safety and value of your vehicle, or restoration project. These housings are produced from the GM blueprints. Faces are trued and surfaced. All dimensions are machined to required tolerances. Fits Corvettes, Camaros, Chevelles, and other GM cars, call for questions. Satisfaction guaranteed!

This was third 621 bell I purchased (The first two I purchased for different sellers had issues that I won't get into). I avoided this one because it was a more money and I could care less that it had the "correct" GM part#. I was able to speak with the seller and he said if it didn't fit he would pay to have it shipped back. Upon receiving I could tell by the machining and finish I wasn't going to have a problem and I didn't. No issues, bolted right up, threads were all clean and all surfaces looked very true.

I bought this for a street rod project and the bellhousing was initially used for mock-up. I paid a little extra for this bellhousing because I believed the discussion of adhering to critical manufacturing tolerances (didn't care about the logo). I immediately noticed the quality and fit and when I finally got to final motor/trans assembly and verified the runout and parallelism, it was well within tolerance (measured runout at .0035 and parallel .002). Saved me the time and expense of playing with offset pins! Well worth the cost.
