I ordered these to attach two dollys to the bottom of my entertainment center to make it easier to move to get behind it when I needed to. Had to wait for them but it was worth it. Perfect length, thickness and locked in place, no problem. The hardest part was drilling eight holes but that’s another story and that wasn’t really that hard. I would definitely recommend it. The term 4 sets is. 4 bolts, 4 nuts, 4 flat washers, 4 lock washers. All stainless, nut isn't nylock. If you must stainless they're great. Zink are cheaper.
