This was a swivel. It does not swivel. Big wrench won't make it swivel. This is crap. Don't buy this!

This item is cheap and doesn't work. I tried out with many surfaces. It is a rip off. Can't return through normal Amazon return to Kohls. Can't get refund to Amazon account. Have to send back a to them and hope for a refund. It also took a long time to receive it to start with.

Does not rotate on an uneven surface! Tried it in my car and it dose not work.
