Undeniably an example of poor manufacturing, quality control, or both.I removed the zippered cover to inspect the pad after delivery.The contoured pad is extremely misshapen and has holes, (perhaps air pockets or other defects from an injection mold process?).The cushion was received so tightly wound that I hardly expect the shape to ever retain it's intended original design.Regardless, this is an example of extremely poor quality.Replaced the cover and tested the feel of the cushion in a desk chair.Completely sub-standard.Returned for refund and will not be replacing with same item.

The cushion on my chair was worn enough to be completely flat. It hurt to sit on it for extended periods. The chair is still in good condition.This cushion is more comfortable. It fits well and does not slip.I am happy with my purchase and only gave it four stars as it was more expensive than I had hoped. It is worth the money and I recommend it to anyone who needs a little more cushion on their chair.

With the pictures on the description I expected this cushion to be fairly soft and cushiony but it is not. It’s very firm and not what I was looking for.

The cushion is thick but it didn’t stop my tailbone from hurting, and that’s the reason for me purchasing it since I work from home and sit all day. It’s very thick and sits high in the chair and since I’m 4’11” tall it’s hard for me to get in my chair. So now I don’t even use it because it’s not working for me and it’s a hassle
