UPDATE:I’m removing a star because the grease on the grill top leaches through the silicone. This is very irritating because all dust and hairs stick to the top of the silicone mat. I don’t appreciate doing extra work to clean the grease from the top side because of the porosity of the material!Original Review:Purchased the silicone mat with grease well silicone protector for my old style 36” Blackstone praying it would fit, not to worry the fit was perfect! If you have the omnivore grill top it definitely won’t fit good. The grease container has a notch on one side to allow the grease to flow from the griddle into the container without slopping on the container lip, so make sure you place the notch against the grill portion. We fold the cover grill top side to side to avoid getting grease on the clean surface. This is a great investment and since we keep the grill on the screen patio we don’t need to cover the entire grill. Buy this you won’t be disappointed!

I was battling rust and a cracking grill cover, so I got this along with some avocado oil and went to town. After the grill cooled, I covered it with this and couldn’t believe how beautiful it looked the next time I uncovered it. No more dust, fuzz, bugs, etc. I think Blackstone should provide these because they are truly SO necessary that they shouldn’t be considered an accessory. They help make the blackstone experience what it was meant to be…a leveled up style of grilling.
