Unfortunately disappointed, though at first I was happy about it.I thought the quality wasn't too bad compared to some reviews - I think they've improved packing with corner protectors and I had my shelf and the safe proof bag; no damage.The metal is heavy enough for the price you pay - it's not Fort Knox, but it'll do its job.I doubt it's waterproof or fireproof but I didn't care.I spent 3 hours, because I know electronics, finding out the right battery terminal didn't have enough pressure on it and I wasn't getting 6 volts from the batteries, so it didn't work at all at first.Then I got that working, but I can't get it reprogrammed or even open with the code they give you in the instructions, electronically - the key works fine.I get an okay green light but I don't think the solenoid is doing anything to unlock it.So actually I'm going to downgrade it to one star.I don't recommend this safe because you can't get it to work as a lot of people say - Chinese misinterpreted instructions with variations on the same sheet, and the instructions on the website don't work either nor videos !Very disappointed - Do NOT buy this or brand - piece of crap with the electronic lock !!Follow- up: after taking it apart again, I found out that the LED light and solenoid plugs were switched on the circuit board from the factory wrong - I corrected this and now everything works - so I upgrade it to three stars on rating.

I received the safe Thursday February 15, first thing I noticed is giggling coming from box. After opening box I saw the front battery panel was disconnected and clip to hold it in place broken. The dial handle was very wobbly and made of cheap plastic, after installing batteries the safe would not accept a code to be put into number panel (no beeps or light's as indicated in instructions) instructions poorly written. Key was cheaply made and felt clunky when trying to open safe. The money bag that came with safe was nice but very small. Over all I felt that the safe was used not new, as I received it with several small scratches, and it was also quite dirty with oily blotches. In my opinion it is unusable, as I worry I will place items in safe and might not be able to open it with key and number panel not working. I also wonder how it can be fire proof (let alone resistant) when the handle is made of plastic.

Its size is perfect to keep jewelry and important documents. Easy to program, a bit heavy and has drill holes so that you can drill in place.

A cardboard box would be more protection than this piece of garbage. Safe weighs less than a bag of chips, thin material that would not protect anything from a fire and is overpriced by $40

This was a graduation gift for our granddaughter. She loved it!..Her favorite color is pink so she was excited when she opened her gift..It's a well made safe, the quality is good, it's small but perfect for documents, jewelry, money or just about anything of medium size. The fireproof bag that came with it, was a nice bonus! I would recommend it and I would buy again!

The packaging was great! The safe arrived secure with no dings or scratches and nothing showing what is inside. Unlike one unfortunate buyer of another safe said in a review, the packaging box showed the item inside was a safe and that's not the smartest for safety and any prying eyes. This company ships and you'd never know what was inside. The safe box itself is sturdy and just what I needed to put secure home stuff away in. Super easy to set up the code but I really like being able to use the key if you prefer, which I do. The size of the box is amazing--I can't imagine a smaller size. I really shopped around and read a bunch of reviews before choosing this one. Another great and necessary feature is that the safe can be drilled to the floor or wall. Super important!

My bank safety deposit box annual price went up to $65 per year for only a 3” x 5” box plus the bank does not have good customer service hours! Bought this safe and closed my safety deposit box account at the bank! Great safe for the price and holds a lot more than my safety deposit box! Another great feature is having the battery access on the outside of the door so you can replace them without having an additional plug in back up battery box which would probably get lost in my house over time! Plus you get 2 keys to open the door if you forget your code! Can’t go wrong if you need a safe with a lot of space for your home to store your important papers & valuables for quick access!

I didn't want the usual black boring safe, so when I saw this pink one I immediately fell in love with it. It fits perfectly with the style of my room. The safe is really sturdy and made of good thick metal,he’s also fire and waterproof.The safe is great for storing jewelry,documents or handguns.The safe comes with set of keys, a bag of screws so you can screw the safe into the cabinet, and a waterproof(fireproof )bag.

Like this safe box. Only 4 stars because I don't like that the mounting holes (2 locations) actually penetrat into the box itself and isn't a sealed container with externally mounting points.
