First and foremost my apologies for those whom might get gross out with my teeth. It is for educational purposes. This great product was recommended to me by my dental hygienist. Even though my teeth are in great condition, she keep finding out on my 6 month cleaning the same three areas of concern. I am so greatful to her. I can now see clearly I wasn't spending enough time on those three areas in between my teeth which I right away have corrected. Now I see no purple markings which mean only one thing. That I am doing a GREAT JOB. Brushing my teeth in the morning and before going to bed along with flossing. I am looking forward to my next appointment and hear what my hygienist have to say. 😁For anyone reading my post. This is a FANTASTIC product, it does NOT stain your teeth, very tasty, and at a great price.

My boys have a hard time making sure that their teeth are brushed well. My dentist recommended these to help them see where they still need to brush.

It did not just turn plaque purple.Is stained the entire mouth.Tongue gums teeth (everything) purple.And it took a while to get off and my children said it was actually burning their mouth.I could not believe the amount of purple stained all in their (entire) mouth.There were no certain spots that were purple, it was everything, everywhere.It's just like chewing purple dye.They claim it sticks to the plaque only, but it's everywhere it's a mess, and tough to get off !Waste of money for sure !

I bought these for my son who has had a couple cavities already at 7 and needs to get better at brushing his teeth. I gave him his first tablet and yes, we saw ALL the places he missed. Upon brushing again, I found that the purple color not only transferred to his teeth, but also turned his tongue purple. We were able to clean his teeth, but his tongue remained purple as well as his toothbrush head. I read in other reviews it is hard to get off and yes, it is. His tongue is still discolored after brushing multiple times. It does work as intended, but beware of your kid’s skin, tongue, and your countertops. 🤷🏽♀️

These really changed brushing habits at our house. the key is that chewing one after brushing teeth is an excellent visual aid to improve dental hygiene.
