One package is missing a row of items. It's not damaged or opened, just a manufacturer error. See my pictures.Customer service page says I'm either to contact the manufacturer or return the item to Amazon. Too much of a pain to do either of those because I need them. I'll just take the hit and keep them. SighI love these flossers and recommend them so no problem there.

Once I discovered these, I haven't used anything else. The brilliance is in the perpendicular head - makes it super easy to get to all your back teeth. I honestly don't even know how you can get back there without this product! Sometimes I can't find it in stores, so Amazon to the rescue!

I have fat fingers. Getting floss in my mouth is a pain. The Reach flosser solves the issue and keeps me from being an occasional flosser to a daily flosser.it seems like maybe I'm in a minority because my store doesn't carry these refills any more. I'm very glad they are available on Amazon.

This is the best way I have found to reach all my back teeth with floss. The floss tool is sold separately - it's a great system.

I've found the best method of using these is to twist the U-shaped flosser head against your teeth as shown in the photo and scrape up and down.If you do this at least once per day, you can remove and prevent coffee stains between teeth, not to mention clean much better than brushing alone or even string floss.My dental hygienist, whom I see every six months, can't tell that I drink several cups of coffee throughout the day.I've been using these flossers for about 14 years. They are SO much easier to use than string or tape floss for three reasons:1. No more wrapping of string or tape floss around your fingers and cutting off your circulation.2. The U-shaped design, along with the flosser handle, allows for greater scraping pressure than you can get with string floss.3. No more need to try to get two or more fingers inside your mouth (as with string floss) to reach your back teeth!The two white pieces of dissolvable mint flavor built into each flosser head are great.I will never go back to rolls of string-type floss.

Good mint flavoured floss. Fits well with the ultra clean access handle. Really good for reaching the back teeth easily. Would be good if listerine made a orthodontic flosser for those wearing braces. Only complaint is the packaging. As shown in the picture, packaging was not sealed properly and it was open when I received it. I suspect it could be an older product left on the shelf and the glue may have started to “degrade”.

Se rompen todo el tiempo…!Desafortunadamente porque me encantaba usarlos. Últimamente tengo que usar dos o tres y en ocasiones, Cuatro hilos por lavada de dientes, ! Increíble! Eso no me sucedía hace tiempo cuando empecé a usar la marca, qué lástima…!
