You can't beat the price for what you get with these. They have held up well on the gate I attached them to and have not sagged like some others I have used.

I am using these hinges to support a rather large outdoor gate that I built out of treated lumber. The gate probably weighs anywhere from 50 to 60 lbs, and it is about 5 ft wide. Despite all of the force being put on these hinges, they are able to handle it with no problem whatsoever.

Nice heavy hinges. Feels strong and durable. The product picture shows screws are 1 inch long, when actually 1.5 inches long. I needed 1-inch screws for my application. The longer screws would protrude through the wood by half an inch. I will need to buy black 1-inch screws otherwise I will need to return this product.

I wanted heavier duty hinges for my 3/4" plywood door (which is quite heavy, even though only 3' wide by 2' high). Because the door's so wide and not proportionally as high, there's going to be a bit more stress on the hinges. So I wanted good, heavy, hinges that could take the weight for years to come. These do not disappoint by appearance: made of heavy metal stock with a good heavy bearing pin.I got two 2packs, 4 hinges in all, since the door was heavier and I thought I'd better use 3 hinges. As it was it only took two to complete the job, these are so strong. Rather than return a pack (of 2) I gave it to our neighbor who also has an even larger door to his crawl space (3' by 3'). I thought he may need them some day as his door currently has similar rusty smaller hinges like mine that broke. I'm sure two will be enough even for his bigger heavy door.

Replaced 3 old rusty T hingles with these solid, shining, square ones, at half the price delivered. No more tilt on the gate and it open/close without noise. Very happy with these new hinges.
