Appropriate specifications: The selection of the size of the wedge anchor should meet the requirements of the application site
Correct drilling: Use a suitable drill bit to drill holes in concrete, with a diameter and depth that matches the anchor bolt. The drilling should be vertical and clean
Check the quality of concrete: The concrete foundation has no cracks, peeling or other defects to avoid affecting the anchoring effect
- Uniform tightening: During installation, tighten the nut evenly and ensure even clamping of the anchor bolt
- Avoid excessive tightening: Excessive tightening may damage the concrete and cause anchor failure
Wedge Anchor consists of anchor bolts and nuts. When installing, thread the anchor bolt through the pre drilled hole and tighten the nut to move it downwards, causing the conical part of the anchor bolt to expand outward and tightly clamp the surrounding concrete. The clamping effect provides fixation through friction, which can withstand tension and effectively fix it on the concrete base
Preparation: Drill holes in concrete with a diameter and depth that matches the specifications of the wedge
Cleaning: Clean the debris inside the small hole thoroughly
Anchor bolt insertion: Insert the wedge anchor into the pre drilled hole to ensure good contact between the bottom of the anchor bolt and the concrete.
Tighten Nut: Use a wrench to tighten the accompanying nut and washer until the anchor is firmly in place.

These wedge anchors are sturdy and work great. I also like that the size is stamped on the anchor collar so it's easy to identify the bit size needed for installation.

I was quite happy with this set of concrete anchors. They burrowed in easily and held strong after being attached. You get 20 in a pack, so I felt that was a great value. Especially since I've seen these at a much higher price point than these are currently listed for. I would have to suggest.
