Belt on dryer broke . Looked up video on YouTube for instructions. Dryer works fine now. In retrospect, I probably should also have replaced the rollers as long as the dryer was apart.

Did the job! We have an old washer that popped a belt. Husband repaired easily. High quality belt and super durable. We do a lot of laundry (blue collar and toddlers). This was a good fit!

You never realize how much you love your dryer until it breaks. I threw clothes in the dryer, an hour later I came back and my clothes were still wet. I know nothing about dryers so my dad, the handyman, checked it out and say I needed a new belt. My dryer was listed as a compatable dryer and it had good reviews so I bought it and I'm glad I did. My dad said it was easy to replace and it has now been working great. The dryer sounds like it is running smoothly and the clothes come out dry. We have not had any concerns with the dryer since the replacement. I do several loads of laundry each week with a family of 5 so our dryer is very important to us. It was well worth the money. This belt is doing it's job and hopefully will continue to do so for a long time.

Although this is supposed to replace a W10131364 belt on a whirlpool WED4800XQ0 dryer, it's too small. Seemed to go on OK, perhaps a little tight, however dryer started making a new grinding noise. After hours of disassembly and reassembly, I figured out that the rim of the tensioner pulley was now contacting the flared collar on the motor pulley. This was because the new belt was too tight. When I compared the old belt with the new, this belt was noticably smaller. Part of the issue maybe that this belt was also at least twice as thick which would make the inner diameter smaller for the same length. Put the old belt back on and no grinding noise plus at least an 1/8 inch gap between motor collar and tensioner pulley.

Product arrive fast and was the correct size for my older model dryer. Easy install worked for a couple of years before the the old dryer went and up and quit working all together.

We have a hand me down dryer that I honestly do not know how old it it is. It is a Whirlpool and I was told it was serviced by a professional before being handed to us. We've had the dryer for the last 5 years. Like most dryers, it worked fine. It did the thing it was supposed to do... Dry clothes. We had a tense week there when it wasn't drying the clothes, but a good clean out of all the lint from the ducts and the dryer was back to drying. Then disaster struck. The heater was heating, but the drum wasn't spinning. Google searches pointed to the belt snapping. A few YouTube videos later and it was a confirmed destroyed belt. Before we embarked on the mission to repair the belt ourselves, we did contact the local Whirlpool dealer, who wanted to charge us $200 just to come out and LOOK at the machine to make sure it was the belt and then if it was the belt, they would change the belt for another $100 PLUS the cost of the belt. The guy on the phone did warn me that I would be invalidating any warranty on the machine if I continued with my rebel ways and fixed it myself. Do not worry Whilpool man... I got this. I ordered this belt and had it to me the next day. After a 10 minute marathon of DIY Whirlpool maintenance videos (I watched the 5 minute video twice), I set forth on my task to fix the battle weary dryer. It took me 5 minutes to fix the dryer. It's been like... 2 or 3 months now. Works just fine. Look, do your research, watch some YouTube, and do the repair yourself. You'll spend less money.

Our dryer stopped spinning and after opening it up we found that the belt had snapped. This was a cheap replacement and fit just right. Took two sets of hands to replace and slightly technical. Grateful to have been able to easily order this and fix ourselves.

Great price and surprisingly simple to install. If you compare the price of this belt to OEM belts it is a no-brainer decision.
