I use it up the camp for water out and it works great. Comes on when you turn the faucet and shuts off when you close the faucet. We're straight in the shower. Keeps the water pressure. Nice noise level of the pump. Cannot hear it. It works great. Great value for the 💰The pump quality is very good

Installed this yesterday on the suction line of my well. My water level is approx 9ft. The pump instructions never say at what pressure the automatic controller stops at just saying it runs from 1-3, 4 bar max. Like 14-43psi max at 58psi. After installing I found the pump will auto shutoff at about 58psi approx 4 bar, so I think they mean it will hold 1-3 bar and turn off at 4 bar. Adjusting the +/- screw on the back to increase or decrese pressure does not do a darn thing on this unit. I've run it from one stop to the other and the pressure never changes on the discharge side. I would like to run this pump at 3.5 bar and shut down at 4.2 bar 50/60 psi. This pump is much quieter than the Harbour Freight pump. Can you make it in 1.5 hp 2-7 bar?

Very poor quality especially fittings Plastic fittings are easily broken and hard to keep from leaking even with thread tape. Loud unit. Had to by a separate pressure regulator. Pressure adjustment would not turn at all. Would not buy again.

We bought another that was $100 more and we had bought two of them now and they have both split open. This one has been great! Quieter too. So far so good!

Right off the bat toss the rolls of Teflon tape which come with the pump. I did it all up with the supplied tape and had leaks. Ok went to my plumbing box and grabbed good stuff-Blue Monster tape and brush on sealant. After redoing all connections I turned on the water and yippee no leaks. The pump is great so far. Quiet and boosting my pressure very well. Wife is happy for the pressure boost so that’s always a good thing. Other then the junk Teflon tape I’m very happy with this product.

Pump is extremely loud unlike advertised. Pipe threads in pump are not tapered threads causing leaks at fittings to pump. 1-inch threads on regulator are not standard and fitting on hose adapter hard to thread together. Must use excessive pipe tape and pipe dope to attempt to seal. What happened to the days of Union made USA quality products.

I did not need check valve because it’s supplied with water pressurized. They need to make it easier to convert to pipe thread. It’s straight thread. Made it work with 1” pipe adapters and the water psi in my upstairs bathroom is way better than before. Satisfied with outcome but they need to either sell adapters or include them with pump to NPT that you can get almost anywhere.
