My old lint screen to inside the frame so all the lint was just escaping into the Dryer hose. This was a good replacement not a perfect fit as my lid does not close all the way down now but no more escaping where it shouldn’t.

Product is better made than the last 2 I ordered. But is already starting to tear. It was also a bit cheaper than the other 2 I ordered. Fits perfectly into my dryer vent.
