So far so good. Replaced old thermostat in our travel trailer. Works great!

The original thermostat stop responding when the buttons were pressed. Apparently this is a normal issue with these and requires replacement. I believe that they go bad because after touching the selector you need to wait a few seconds before the AC reacts and with people expecting something to occur instantly then push harder which likely breaks the thermostat. Take a picture of the wiring before you pull the original.

As with many other reviews, the buttons don't work. This is my second one and same problems. No idea why Dometic can't fix this simple issue.

This product feels junky and cheaply made for the price. In hindsight I would have paid more for a beefier product with bluetooth or WiFi.

This model is crap. The face plate causes the temp to change at random. Walked in to it freezing one day, but the scary part was finding it had turned on the furnace on another day!! Replaced with same model and it did the same thing. Only solution is to remove the face plate. RV dealer said this is very common with this model of thermostat and no way to fix.
