Let me explain something really quick. This could not be a more perfect product for an Army Veteran with two very active and playful cats. Yes the quality of the shooter is a little low, it’s a $9 piece of plastic. It is not a powerful shot, but it absolutely doesn’t need to be nor should it be, especially if one is playing with cats! Yes I have accidentally shot them with it, THEY LOVED IT AND WANTED MORE! It is safe to use anywhere and will not hurt your precious babies! Best part is when they inevitably lose the 30 FLUFFBALLS it comes with, you can go to any craft store and buy another bag of these things for like $2. The value is the value, you get what you pay for in terms of the shooter. In terms of the amount of fun and joy you get from this super simple yet genius toy is priceless. It fits in the plan of your hand, but don’t take my word for that because I wear extra large gloves and my hands are massive. I can only imagine someone with smaller hands would have absolutely no problem handling it. It makes a small pop when fired which can’t be heard if more than ten feet away so go ahead, launch one on your sleeping partner and watch the chaos unfold! The only reason I knocked off one star is because yes, the quality of the shooter is very low but again you get what you pay for, and what you paid for is what I can only describe as the best cat toy I’ve ever come across. Well done!

My cat and I are extremely happy with his new toy, he loves the little cotton balls. The toy gun does feel like a dollar store toy but it works well. If you smoosh the ball into the gun it won’t fire correctly, rolling the ball into an oval has gotten rid of that problem and it fires well.

I use this different than most. I've taught my cat to play fetch. It's great because it's interactive for both of us. The balls hold up pretty well and they are fairly bouncy. The cat also carry it in her moth our bat it around.

My girl loves pompoms so this was a great buy and provides lot of fun play time. Definitely get it if your kitty likes pompoms. Have realistic expectations for the gun, it's not a ruger ( mine is actually awsome though, really shoots em across the room)It's a lot so I get to sit a while which I like. Might get more, my girl loves to catch a pompom.

This launcher is super easy to use and really gets the balls flying, which is perfect for my cats energy levels. They loves chasing after the balls! The launcher is lightweight and shoots the balls at just the right speed for them to chase without being too overwhelming. The balls are also durable and the perfect size for their little paws to bat around. It's a great way to keep my kitties active and entertained for hours and the fact that I can launch the balls from across the room means I can keep them engaged even when I’m relaxing on the couch. Highly recommend this toy for any cat owner looking to spice up playtime!

My two cats love to play fetch. They especially love little puff-balls! It’s easy for them to carry in their mouths and to bat around on the floor. This toy is super fun for them and for me! I love being able to launch the puff-balls far. It came with a bunch of puff-balls in varying colors. My cats for whatever reason go crazy for the yellow ones. The launcher has held up fairly well after a lot of wear and tear. Definitely worth the price!

The gun doesn't actually work. You have to load the balls one at a time and they tend to get stuck. If you can unstick them they will fly a distance but frankly it is much easier to just throw the balls to my cat than use the gun. That said, it came with a lot of them and she has a good time with them and even if she's not in the mood and they hit her in the face because she's ignoring me, they don't hurt her. I think you could probably get the same number or more of these pom poms from craft supply category and save the money on the gun for a better value. 3 stars for having fun with my cat, two removed for a less than useful shooter.
