First, I want to say that these lock washers are excellent quality - quite substantial. But I was truly impressed with the speedy response to an issue that came up with the order. When my order arrived, I was kind of irritated that I got a bag of 25 washers instead of the 100 that was ordered - and that I was charged for. So I fill out the little form to notify the seller and to my surprise I got an immédiate response. The seller said to just keep the 25 and they would send out another bag of 100 lock washers. And the next day I received the bag of 100 lock washers. Amazing.
