I really hoped this would be great. I am a DJ and I do a lot of Small venues for Trivia, Karaoke, parties etc. So i grabbed to logo projector. 1st thing which I didnt relize you cant customize this yourself you need to send your artwork to company and they will create for you. I was happy to do this and quite honestly I was even looking forward to ordering additional lenses Merry Christmas, Just Married, St Patricks Day, 4th of July etc. and I could use at private parties or just show my logo and promote myself.Here is where the problem lies I sent my artwork in to the email on the instructions and it states you should have your artwork back in a few days. Well I sent mine in 2 weeks ago and again a few days after that and again with just is there anyone there? No response whatsoever. I would love to use this and say its great but with zero customer support its useless or just a glorified spotlight. So with that being said cant recommend in the least. Hopefully the company will get its act together and if it does I will post an updaye until then DONT BUY!
