I purchased this on the 18th of last month. It arrived promptly, but I have yet to hear back from the vendor about the slide I requested, that is supposed to be part of the purchase. I have emailed both the address listed in the instructions and another address mentioned in a review. I will be returning it before my 30 days runs out if I don't at least get a response.

Nice little projector for the price. I used for a temporary installation. So far so good! I wish it had more rigging options, like a strap that can gorilla style hanging mechanism. I had to use gaff and that’s not reliable longer term.I don’t understand how the mount it has would install in wall. You’d have to bend the clips all the way back, insert into the space, then let the clips go but it still would have a circular gap. One of the tiny screw and nuts for this part had come off in shipping and I had to use a tweezer to get it back on. Ended up not using it that way so I can’t speak for the rigging it comes with.

The GOBO light arrived promptly! The design service by China Signs was excellent. They created exactly what I submitted and understood the “adjustments requested” to create exactly what I desired! E-mail communication between China Signs and myself was prompt and efficient. There was an oversight in sending my design to production, but it was corrected upon discovery of the problem, and the order was expedited. The prompt service to expedite my order was completed in seven days, prior to China’s National Holiday! Fantastic service! The quality of the design was excellent!! DHL delivered the design as stated in e-mail notifications! There was follow up with China Signs to assure all services were rendered efficiently. I give this process a high five on all steps in this creative process and delivery of my order! Extremely pleased!
