The Shape of The Mould is Different but The Production Steps are The Same

  1. Cut puff pastry sheet into strips,starting at the pointed end, wrap the dough strips around the cream horn mould and work upward toward the larger end. Overlap each layer to avoid holes.
  2. Bake until golden, about 15 minutes .(Our mould will fit perfectly in your oven and fryer safe for deep fry.)
  3. Carefully slip out pastries from mould, cool .
  4. Fill the hole with cream or anything you like, Note: If you want to make 4-or-5-layer cream horn, the width of strip is better to be about 1.5 inches; if you want more layers, the strip should be a little narrower.

I received them connected together in a long tube like. But I could only use about half of them because they stuck together and I couldn't get them apart. Not worth it. They are also small, but could work.

I was originally surprised that they were so small, but decided to try them anyway. I bought the pastry sheets( Partrige Farms) thawed them per directions , rolled them out , cut the strips and applied them to the cones. Once baked the pastry slid right off the cones. Filled them with a pudding/cool whip filling and drizzled chocolate fudge sauce and topped with some powdered sugar.Awesome!!! Can’t wait to experiment with more filling ideas.I recommend them is you want to make a small appetizer/ finger dessert.

These hold up very well. Essential to oil outside of tubes prior to covering with dough. And to avoid dough from disconnecting from tubes in deep fryer, use a bit of water to connect the edges of dough. These make impressive cones to fill with marscapone or Ricotta and top with whipped cream and a piece of fruitWell worth the price. Am thinking of getting a larger size tooThese are easy to clean and store. 5 stars!!
