I was worried that the pans were not perfect circles when they arrived, but once you put the batter in them they formed into a perfect circle. I bought them to make ice cream cakes. I used to make the cakes and then cut them and layer them inside a spring-form pan lined with plastic wrap. I thought these would make my life so much easier. Just layer cake and ice cream right in them and then pop them out. After baking, the cakes came out without any issues. I cooled them, cut them, and layered them with ice cream, then put them in the freezer. I had issues trying to get them out of the pan once they were frozen. It's almost like it suction cupped to the top and I had to let it melt a little to get it to release. Not horrible, but I guess I will still need to use plastic wrap to be able to pull the cake out. The biggest issue I had was that I used a very thick peanut butter batter. I've never had a problem making it over the years, but by the time I got the centers to cook, the entire bottom inch and sides of the cake were burnt. I even turned down the oven by 25 degrees to make up for the thickness of the cake. I don't know if it's because of the color off the pans, the thickness of my batter, or how deep these pans are. I ended up cutting off the bottoms and sides off my cakes and they were still very dry. It's going to take some adjustments to figure out how to use these where the inside cooks without burning the outside.

I am really pleased with the item. I used one of the 8" pans in the air fryer today and found it was quick to wash clean afterwards A very economy buy.

I made my husband birthday cake, and my daughters too, i used cinnamon for a recipe and got staned but i dont mind that. Very useful. You have to still wear gloves

Cake comes out firm enough on the bottom and sides, light, fluffy, very evenly baked. Comes out of the pan with zero resistance, not even a hint of sticking. Should have bought these years ago. My family has noticed all the latest cakes have been excellent.

Worked like a charm. I make all my grandchildren‘s birthday cakes from organic gradients from scratch. Finally a cake pan that I don’t have to use icing to re-create the shape of a cake. Highly recommend this!
