Decent count for the value. 3 to 4 cents for a dot. I use these with my 3DMakerPro Seal Pro. The 3mm dots are bigger than I anticipated due to the black surrounding 1.5mm ring. That makes the entire dot 6mm. So, keep that in mind. For some reason I tend to scan a lot of shiny black parts. I often use a spray foot power in lieu of a scanning spray, but that doesn't always result well. Adding a few reference dots helps in object alignment especially when doing multiple scans and alignment between them. These work well for that, especially when repositioning to scan an underside.

Recently i've been scanning a lot of items for design and have not used markers before. I know you need to use them on smaller scans but I used these on a medium sized tool and my oh my did it make a difference. I used a Creality Ferret Scanner and it was amazing. You need 3mm for smaller prints and 6mm for medium sized so keep that in mind.

Using these on printed reusable markers - unlike most of my other dots, these stick well and stay on a resin print

I was really impressed with how much better my scanner tracking was once I started using these dots (3mm version). My Creality Ferret scanner easily detected the dots (the software highlights them on view screen). I put the dots on my turn table and when I spun the table, the software did a much better job of tracking the movement. The dots are small, so peeling them off and transferring them to your object is a bit tricky. I used only my fingers and ended up dropping one. In hindsight, a pair of tweezers would have been ideal for removing them from the backer and then applying them. Once attached, the dots adhere well and the material is thick enough that it should be easy to peel off with a fingernail or a plastic scraper. (Full disclosure: I have not attempted to remove any myself, so I don't know if there's any adhesive residue after removing.)One final comment on pricing. These are more expensive than other sellers on Amazon. Also, I have seen on scanner seller's own websites that lower prices are available if you're willing to buy in bulk (i.e. 4000 dots at a time).

These scanner dots work well and are pretty straightforward. They stick well and when I removed them there wasn't a residue or anything like that, but I did remove them within a few days of using them. I've been able to reuse most of them but it depends on how easily I'm able to take them off. Some of them got crippled when I removed them and when I tried to use them to scan it confused it. I used these first with the ferret but later the seal from 3dmakerpro. Even though the seal doesn't use dot scanning it still was useful to scan black objects it couldn't pick up well because it was a reflective point that helped it. The ferret works really well with them though I just wish they were a little bit more affordable.

These look and act more or less identical to the ones that came with my Creality scanner. They do feel slightly thinner and a little tricky to get off of the sheet at times. You have to bend the sheet at a pretty sharp angle to release them. But other than that, they're a perfectly reasonable alternative if you need replacements.

Good quality tracking markers, just as good as the OEM that came with my scanner. Adhesive seems sticky but releases clean but keep in mind I only tried a couple on a plastic surface but I would expect they would perform well on any compatible surface.Good thickness, and can probably be reused a couple of times based on the feel of the adhesive. I included a picture that may give an idea of the thickness.List patch I got (not this seller or brand) turned out to be just white paper dots but these are true reflective markers that work very well with my scanner. I did not have anything on deck to scan but I did take a sheet and do a tracking test and the scanner locked on to them extremely well. I included a screenshot of my software showing how it captured them really well. The scanner I use is a MetroX by Revopoint. At $16 retail they are $3-$4 cheaper than OEM and work just as well with the same quality.
