These lights are amazing and work wonderfully. I am using mine under the island in my kitchen to illuminate the cupboard space. The motion sensor turns on immediately when I open up either cupboard door and turns back off shortly after closing them. I no longer have to pull out my phone and use it as a flashlight! These lights are an exceptional low cost way to solve the problem I had with lighting up my cupboard space.

These are great under cabinet lights. The only complaint I have presently is neither of them are responding to motion. That’s not really a big issue for me because if I want them on, I can easily turn them on. I will keep messing with it to see if maybe I didn’t understand something about them. But overall I like the mounting, the slimline, and the ability to recharge them.

All 4 lights I ordered lost their charge in less than one day and required recharging. Does not work for a reliable lighting option and the cords are so short you can not charge them easily or insitu.

I initially bought a couple of these type lights to replace a old fluorescent light fixture over my sink. I bought the smaller yellow ones and they worked great for that purpose but I got to thinking that maybe I could go further with this and use them as overhead lighting for my entire kitchen. So I ordered these whiter light models and stuck them up to the rails on my drop ceiling rails. They are amazing. With these lights I am getting appox. 65W to 75W of lighting in my kitchen. I have order two more so I can get near 100W of lighting for my application. Of course there are drawbacks with everything. The drawback here for me is that you have to keep them charged. Based on my usage I have to charge them on a weekly basis. Also if you are stationary within the room then they will shut off. That is just an inconvenience I can live with. Just wave my hand at them to turn them back on. It is worth the price I have paid for these lights in the savings on my power bill.

I really like these lights even though the motion sensor hasn't worked after about the first couple of times we recharged them. I use them in my kitchen pantry and my laundry backstock closet, where extra light is needed.-The lights are most definitely "Super Bright".-Easy installation and the magnet does an excellent job of holding the light in place.-It's rechargeable with a USB cord (included), charges quickly.-The charge lasts a long time, in my case months unless we take it down and use it like a flashlight while working on a task.-It has 3 settings, on (stays on until manually turned off), off (stays off until manually turned off), motion (stays on for a few seconds).Unfortunately, the motion setting only works if we turn it on manually. The automatic motion detection does not work for us, we've tried everything and nothing works. In spite of that flaw we still really like these lights, we just have to turn it on manually. Luckily for us we are all tall enough to turn it on. If motion detection is what you need then these would not be for you.

Update: 8/16/24- second lamp finally failed, it would not turn off no matter where the switch was placed on the unit. I discharged it completely, and then tried charging it again, but that didn't work either it would just stay on and then faded as it discharged. I really did have a high hopes for these because they are nice and bright :(Update: 8/11/24- the one in the kitchen started to act weird also. The light stays on, I can have the switch on the off position and it's still on. It will randomly turn itself on and drain the battery. I never dropped this one like I did with the other one. I'm having trouble getting it to charge, because it randomly just turns on while charging even though the switch is off. Bottom line,I won't be ordering these ever again!Update: 6/25/24- the one I keep in the basement has a critical failure to it after I dropped it (don't drop them!). It doesn't matter where the switch is located is still comes on and off, almost like a disco light sometimes. I'm going to drain this battery and recycle the light appropriately so it doesn't become a hazard.Update: 2/16/23- the main one I use in the kitchen has great coverage, and quick response. I'm having to charge it every two days!! Which really stinks! It would be nice if the battery was a little bit bigger, maybe that way it would last longer. The second one, which is low traffic; I got a little over a week of use, pretty good!I really like these lights! Very easy to setup, and install; didn't take long to charge up. The main reason I got these for was the kitchen. I was worried that where I needed to put the one, that it wouldn't "see" properly under the cabinet, being so thin. I was definitely wrong about that! Great coverage!! Plenty of light for what I need, and it'll turn off after 20 seconds, unless you keep tripping it on. The second light I'm using elsewhere, and it's really just a bonus light! Perfect for that area too!! Really happy with these, made a big difference.

I use them in the the kitchen cabinets. As the door opens they light up rite away, stay on for 20 seconds then turn off. Last week we had a power outage for about an hour, I put one in each room of the house and they worked great. I turned the switch to the on position. They stayed lit the hole hour without going dead. I recommend this product.

I bought this as a solution for an area (the stairs) of our house where my wife goes up and down several times a day, working from home in her upstairs office. We have no lighting and no electrical outlets available in the stairs, so it's unsafe for her to make her way up and down those stairs for the first few hours each morning (she normally starts work just before 7:00AM), so I at first had her use a small flashlight to carry with her for that.I must confess that I was rather mad at myself for not thinking sooner of a rechargeable light that can be attached to the wall with a magnetic strip when I stumbled upon this device. What you get in the box are ten items: 1) two rechargeable light units, 2) two magnetic strips, 3) four double-sided adhesive strips, 4) USB-C charging cable, 5) printed instruction sheetThe first thing to do with this is (of course) to plug the cable into a USB port or USB charging power supply, then into whichever light unit you intend to install. The LED charging indicator on the light unit will be red until fully charged, then the LED will switch to green. You wil next need to put two of the double-sided adhesive strips on one side of the metal mounting strip, but first be sure to peal off the clear plastic protective cover on the side you intend to attach the adhesive strip to.This is the one small reason why I didn't give this five stars, because I found it very difficult to pull the backing tape off of the other side of the adhesive strips, so much so that it took me nearly five minutes with each of the two strips getting that off so that I could put the metal strip on the wall in the stairs. With that said, once I was able to get that backing tape, the strip attached very securely on the wall. The light unit then stays firmly on the metal strip thanks to the strong magnetics on the back the light unit.Once it was attached, I was pleased to say that the motion detector that automatically activates the light is sensitive enough to come on as soon as anyone comes within about ten feet, then it stays on for roughly ten seconds after the person going by is beyond its motion detector, a good compromise for the shutoff delay.Another nice design feature of this light is that it will not activate with enough daylight for anyone to not need the light, as it is later in the day; so that feature helps conserve battery charge. Finally, there is a three-position sliding switch at the same end where the charging port is to control how the light operates, with each labeled position working as follows:G = normal motion detector operation enabledOFF = light will not come on at allON = light stays on constantlyProbably most people won't use this switch except to put the switch in the "OFF" position for those occasions when taking it down to charge it so that the light doesn't switch on while charging. As far as the brightness goes, this is more than adequate, and my wife loves not having to tote a flashlight around any longer. This works very well, so I don't hesitate to recommend it to anyone with a similar lighting need.

Moving into a new house recently, I quickly noticed the porch light was too far away from the front door and when trying to enter the numbers on the door lock's keypad, standing in front of the door cast a shadow from the porch light.I also had a hall cupboard where the same problem occurred: standing in the doorway of the opened cupboard blocked the light from the two hall lights.I charged the two closet lights and within a minute each, I had placed the adhesive strips and mounted the metal backplate above the front door and cupboard door, positioned the lights' magnetic backing on the mounting plates. That was now several months ago. Both lights even though in regular use, have not dimmed and trigger immediately when approaching the front door or opening the hall cupboard door.Very easy to install, charge (just pull the light from the metal backplate and plug into USB) and replace on magnetic strip. Simple. Cheap. No wires (or electricians). Lasts for ages on a single charge.NOTE: my front door light is totally covered and no chance of being rained on. I don't believe these lights are waterproof.

I purchased these in 2021 and was really thrilled. lights came packaged nicely and quickly and look great but if kept on the motion senor setting the battery is only lasting for 2 days. I have these placed under my kitchen cabinets.not sure if anyone has this issue. but i wish the battery life was better
