Ada helped me with an assembly issue. A+++ for prompt, efficient, clear, considerate and cordial communication. She constantly kept in touch with me until until there was resolution. The toy box is nice and sturdy. It looks beautiful and should last for years. We added “Paw Patrol” decals and it was a hit. Thank you Ada!

I gave Four Stars cause it's a great, solid, and sturdy toychest with ample amount of space for your stuff and it's sized perfectly to your space with a great color that blends with any decor, and you can decorate your toychest anyway you like (I will be adding a name decal to put on top and maybe some stickers). It also have a great weight to keep the toychest upright from falling over and I love that it's made out of strong wood for longevity and durability. My issues with the product is that the product is broken where the hinge supposed to be screwed in at, toychest doesn't open fully or properly after several attempts of making sure hinge was installed properly as well as the other pieces to make it easier to open and close, and the safety hinges doesn't work or bend properly causing a smashed fingers casualty waiting to happen unless you hold up the lid to put in or remove toys or whatever you're using the toychest for, and the instructions could have been easier to understand with clearer/sharper images and directions.

The toy chest was easy to assemble. Looks nice and clean and hold a lot of stuff. Wipes clean easily. I’m glad I bought it.

Super sturdy and solid. All we needed to put it together was a screwdriver. It look super clean and the hinges close without too much force which is good for something we bought for a kiddo. It’s a decent size- no bigger or smaller than expected. Works great for our purpose.

I bought this and another chest of another brand for a very similar price. one for my son one for my daughter. There was a pretty significant difference in quality of materials and sturdiness. Not that this is a bad purchase but I bought it for a child and I definitely don't see it holding up in comparison to the one I bought for my son. The hinges didn't fit properly and the lid doesn't close properly.

The storage chest came in one box. Instructions were not quite as clear as I would have expected, but the pictures were very helpful. It's almost like putting anything form Ikea together (if you know, you know). The storage chest was able to hold over 200lbs of weight. Very sturdy. Great quality. Would recommend!
