  • We do not recommend you to placed the chest freezer undercounter. The correct way to use the product is to remove the foam from the bottom and place the product where it can dissipate heat properly.

  • The package is specially designed because buyers don't have to lift the chest freezer off the package. The box is able to be lifted off the top without even opening the box. So the bottom is foam rather than sealed box.

  • Our chest freezer has inside compressor and it needs to be placed upright 24 hours before you use. The compressor should be placed still at least 24 hours before using since the machine is bumped in transit.

Not frost free. As long as you defrost occasionally your good. Can't beat the value for the price.

Well built, nice finish on the door. Door is reversible which came in handy for me. Quiet operation. Thermostat set at 2 1/2, stays consistently at -5F. Couldn't be happier
