Not the best design, or the highest quality. But, they are inexpensive and I'd rather have them of nothing at all.

This item is a 30 pack of CPR face shields that have a one way valve. Each shield is compact in a small nylon pouch that has a key ring attached. The shields, when unfolded, clearly identify the operator side. I tested the valve with my wife and I am able to breath out as an operator doing the CPR, but unable to breath in when my mouth is over the valve. These shields just make the decision to help so much easier thus reducing any delay trying to determine if the victim has any pathogenic health issues. I keep some in my various first aid kits at home, in the car, in my backpack and also in my desk drawer at the office. The price point for these shields is very reasonable in my opinion. Overall, this is a great CPR tool to have on hand when an emergency occurs.

I teach CPR, and these make a "great job" gift for students at under $1.00/per keychain. Each keychain pouch is decently sewn, however the ring for the keychain part is very lightweight - a good hard pull would bend it out of shape. The barriers are packaged in a ziploc bag which is good (keeping it clean & sanitary). The one-way valve on the barrier works (tested one, not all thirty). The barrier comes printed with good clear directions on how to place it on the patient, and has the side ends stitched together to create a way to hook to the patient's ears to secure it. Overall, five stars!

I am a CPR instructor and always encourage my family, friends and coworkers to carry CPR pocket masks with them just in case they encounter someone who needs help while they are out in the world. This 30 pack contains standard CPR pocket barriers that have a one-way valve centered in a sheet of plastic with elastic loops to help keep the barrier mask in place on the face of the person receiving rescue breaths. They can be attached to your key ring, a zipper pull on your backpack or just in your purse/pocket throughout the day.It takes about 3-5 seconds to fully deploy the barrier if you end up needing one and they will provide you with protection from anything the person you are giving rescue breaths to might have. Carrying a barrier mask will increase the likelihood of someone getting rescue breaths instead of hands-only CPR, which is less effective.I would definitely recommend these!

I pulled one out and played around with it just to see what I was getting into.Pros: - Really could go on a keychain. Small and light weight. - Does the job. The one way valve actually only flows one way, and its easy to use. - Just a good value.Cons: - No instructions at all. If you've never seen one of these small throw away cpr masks, make sure to take one out and familiarize yourself with it (or anyone you give it to). It's just different from what you may have used before.Good buy, easy recommendation!

This is a great set of CPR pocket masks which have a number of fantstic features. First, the ring makes it simple to just add to your keychain. The masks themselves have clear marking to show top position, operator side, single use only, and have bands which will fit securely over the victim's ears, thereby holding the mask in place. The best part of the mask in the breathing valve. It is one way. That's critical in effective administration of CPR. I took one out and tested the valve using significant force. The breathing out worked perfectly, and there was no seepage whatsovever when trying to breath in. The valve held strongly. At the current price of $24.99 (with an additional $3 coupon available), this is a great value for 30 units. The small cases which contain the masks are held closed with Velcro type closures. Overall, this would be the perfect set to distribute to staff in a school setting, an office or clinic, or even to have at the sports venue. 5 stars.

This is a bulk lot of 30 keychains that contain a face shield for use in CPR scenarios whether it be an instructional class or real life situation. The mask is to be placed over the patient's mouth, and it has loops to secure around their ears. The mask is shaped in a curve so you know which side is which. So long as you face the curve towards the patient's face, the one way valve will be facing you properly. Air flows in one direction only, and it works great. Hopefully I will never need to use this, but these are great to have on hand for protection in an emergency situation where CPR is warranted.
