I love my display case, but I need to contact the company. The left door broke by no fault of the item all mine and I was wondering if I could purchasing another one?

assembly instructions assign letters to parts but the parts have no corresponding letters for identification.start of assembly requires identification by sight. Easy assembly after first step.

I love the concept of this bakery case. I like that it helps show off your baked items. I do not like how fragile they seem to be with use. The case is sturdy. My recommendation is this cae is excellent for shows and farmers market where the owner is handling the case (with care) and not allowing it to be a serve yourself item. They do clean well with soapy water if the soap has a degreaser in it. I like to put packaged homemade baked items in it.

I sell art and crafts at festivals and there are always a lot of dogs so I decided to make dog treats as well.This is a perfect display case to showcase them and sell.This case was easy to assemble. The shelves are a good size and they fit in well. It is made of clear acrylic that is easy to clean, and is very sturdy.The door on the back is easy to open and close.If you are looking for a solid, well made display case this is it.

These display cases are perfect to turn any table into a beautiful, professional looking dessert display area the cases are made of a thick plexiglass type of plastic. They come with all the equipment that you need to screw them together. The two doors are in the back that allow you to open and retrieve or place your desserts in the item. It also allows the trays to slide nicely, it comes with three plastic trays that slide in at a tilt and they stay in place they don’t fall they don’t break they’re just perfectly there with enough space for cupcakes. I make jumbo cupcakes as well as other desserts, and they fit in their perfectly and look great while they’re in there , these are beautiful display cases. I absolutely love them.

The only issue was nothing is marked so it takes a few minutes to figure out which piece is which. But good quality construction.

This is a nice looking display case that is very clear and does a good job displaying what you have for sale front and center on the counter. I like that the trays are easy to pull in and out and the magnetic closure for the door is great to help keep them closed. It could be a little more robust though, hopefully it holds up to long term use.
