The hinges are very flimsy. Two extra hinges were sent with the display and 3 out of 4 hinges have broken. Now the glass door at the back cannot even stay on.The display is perfect other than the inferior hinges. I would love to have some hinges that don’t break upon use.

I bought the KoolMore DC-53C-B for my bakery, and I’m really happy with it. It has a sleek design that makes the products look super appealing thanks to the LED lighting inside. It’s spacious, the shelves are adjustable, and it’s easy to clean, which is a big plus for daily use.Just keep in mind that it’s not refrigerated, so it’s only suitable for dry products like bread or cookies. Overall, it’s sturdy, stylish, and practical. I definitely recommend it for any bakery!

the glass doors fall off all the time. horrible design. i really wanted a glass display case. this is the only one i could find of this size. i will be returning this and going back the the cheap ones.

It’s aesthetically appealing, but not super durable. The shelves crack and mark easily, and it doesn’t come with any sort of additional lighting or pieces for when the door protectors fall off or break.

This has been perfect for my set up. I have started a school Cafe program with my CTE classes. They cook and prepare food items and coffee to sell. This case has worked wonderfully for our needs. Unfortunately I had a student who is not in the class press down extremely hard on the glass door while trying to close it and shattered the door! He wasn't aware that you had to pull it out before it went down. If anyone from the seller department sees this can I order just a replacement door?? It would be awesome! Thanks!

One of the pins that holds the door to the display broke off. Even though we purchased the product on May 20 we only started using the display case a month ago. We actually only open/close the door once a day as the sample food in there is only for customers to see and replaced with fresh samples each day.I was hoping to contact the manufacturer to see if they could help but could not find the option to do so on Amazon.** Follow-up: I contacted the vendor directly (google searched them) and they sent me 2 replacement pieces immediately! Great customer service, was easy to replace broken hardware, now case is working great and we have an extra spare.
