Disappointing. The point where a binder's loops close up, they do not mesh precisely and tend to snag the paper when turning pages. The binder's steel rings just too flimsy when near page capacity. Particularly annoying is when the binder reaches near-full capacity. This binder's cover might be able to handle a 2-inch ring capacity but in this 3-inch version, it's too thin such that the weight of documents causes the binder to completely deform as one puts tries to remove/replace on the bookshelf. I consider these binders to be unfit for advertised full-capacity and, between having to bend/realign the rings, we're very disappointed and with no intention of buying this brand in the future.UPDATE: After this review (a few days later), we noticed that the binder is already beginning to rip apart.
