What can I say? It does what it's supposed to do and it does it well. I haven't tested the max 1Gbps speed, but at 600Mbps, it's definitely working as it's supposed to. I wish it didn't need to be powered up, but I won't complain

As pictured, this Ethernet splitter does its job very well. I use it to split the single entry point my internet provider put in so I can hook up my computer that is located in that room and the rest of the Ethernet system in my house. I have found no deterioration of the signal to my computer or to any of the other devices hooked up to my Ethernet system. It is a small box that is easy to hide, but it does need to be near an electrical outlet as it requires electricity for it to work.

I have the ethernet coming out from my wall jack connected to my Apple TV. However when I added a gaming console to the mix, I didn't want to get a full hub or switch as I have only added one additional device. This splitter is great, minimal space required, and full gigabit to each of the two devices so I can stream and game without worrying about ping or speed.

This 3-port Ethernet splitter has been incredibly handy for managing multiple wired connections! With 1 input and 2 output ports, it allows me to share a single Ethernet line between two devices without sacrificing speed. The 1000Mbps speed supports smooth internet for streaming and gaming on both devices. Setup was easy—just plug and play with the included USB power cable. It’s compatible with all my cables (Cat5 through Cat8), so I didn’t need to buy anything extra. Perfect for anyone who needs a quick and reliable way to split a LAN connection without network drops.

I have a router with 4 CAT 6 outlets that are all being used. I wanted to add a wifi Mesh system (to improve wifi coverage and power) and needed a direct CAT5 link to the router. This was simple - I only had to remove one of the cables from the router and insert the signal end of the splitter into that open slot. Then, after plugging in with the included power supply I put the original cat5 into one of the outlets in the splitter and my new Mesh system into the other. Problem solved and it handle the speed of my connection nicely.
