This review is for the Anbadum 3 Pcs Lab Sieves，6 Inch Diameter Test Sifter 10Mesh（2.19mm), 80Mesh (0.217mm）and 200 Mesh（0.077mm).By training I am a biochemist, and I am acquainted with sieves in the laboratory. However these days I use sieves for sifting in the kitchen. I find 80 mesh is the most useful size.The Anbadum are well made and they have not rusted, even going through the dishwasher.

My photo is just what I was able to do with the 10 mesh. My blend of sweetened ice tea and breakfast tang drink (Russian tea) often gets clumped as shown in the top basket. I found that the 80 mesh was too fine to even pass the mix, and the final 200 mesh is super, super fine! I realize this is intended for laboratory uses and more precision, but I figured everyone can relate to sifting kitchen ingredients. So why not? It’s the right size for a lot of kitchen tasks, it is stainless steel, and compact enough to fit in the same cabinet as our pots and pans.

I got these sieves to help clean up my herbs and spices. Then are useful for sifting out stems and other debris. The size is ideal for my work. The sieves are easy to hold and manipulate. The mesh sizes are as described.
