These are actually pretty nice, but also kind of awkward to use. They're double sided - extra content (excellent), but that makes hanging them not really practical. In addition, one side is portrait format, the reverse side is landscape, so you'd need holes along both sides if you want to hang them.Best idea I came up with so far is to get some clear perspex and glue the posters so that it remains both rigid/usable, and preserves the visibility of both sides.I really quite like these, but I think the attempt to add value has sort of backfired.

Ordered these for my home gym to help my wife and kids understand the exercises they can do with our equipment. Really good quality, heavy duty laminated and easy to understand instructions. Also didn't realise they had alternative exercises printed on the reverse which was an unexpected, but welcome bonus! Highly recommended!

I really like these posters for home workouts! They are easy to follow and give a variety of exercise options. The posters arrived in a tube. I left them under heavy books for 3-4 days to help them flatten out.Because the posters are two-sided, it would be great if the chart included a hole on each end so I could hang them from two command hooks and reverse the posters when needed. I’ll probably rig something like this up for myself but it would be great if the product came that way.

We got a cable workout machine from Costco for Christmas for our family to work out on. My 15-year-old son created some new exercises that I am certain were never imagined by the developers of the equipment. I decided to get these charts to aid all of us in the different appropriate ways to utilize our new cable-weight machine. The other charts were just bonuses and actually have proved informative and helpful, especially the body weight chart. These are laminated and big enough that they are easy to read/see the exercises being demonstrated. These were mailed to us in a tube, so it took a couple of days under a stack of books to flatten them out, but that wasn't a big deal.
