bluetooth doesn't work.can't customized bc software needs to be updated for apple.get warning about elfkey Android can harm my device.basically is a garbage.

Bought to work and a page turner for my Boox Palma and it works great. Swapping the keys is easy, and with the software for the keypad I was able to map the outer keys to the volume buttons for page turning and the middle key to F4 for refreshing the screen. I was also able to turn off the LEDs with the software which I was happy about.

I got it for the GPD Win 4, to have some extra buttons on the back.It would have been fine, and perfect, if I didn't need the action of the keypress to activate the gyroscope.With the particular machine that I got two of these for, between the internal key software, rewasd key-mapping, this products keymapping, and one more that I was using for on-screen buttons, I could not get the activation of the gyroscope with a button push of this product.But, I have limited ability, and may have found a solution if I "super tried".It is a great product. It was fast enough for me, with the Bluetooth response time, with gaming. However, they do offer the same product with 2.4gh, something or other. Which, should be faster. Plus, if needed a direct cable would be fine.Lots of possibilities with this item.I will absolutely purchase it again, in the future. But, with the 2.4gh option.Even though more expensive, it can come in "handy".I am glad anyone offers, such an item.I would like the same product, but with one key. There are one key products, like this, but none with Bluetooth or battery.Some people say the software was hard to get. But, for me it was easy, and the software worked well.Very nice key presses.Good product.Don't know about the lights. Didn't test that.

I will start off by saying the one complaint I had was that I had to download software to program the keys, and the software is not available on Chrome OS (Elfkey). I am a teacher and our school issued computers are Chromebooks, so I was unable to program it at school where I took it out of the box. Once I got home and was actually able to download the software it wasn't very difficult to navigate or use, so if having to program the keys yourself seems like a lot of work it really isn't. It connects to my Chromebook instantly when I switch it on, and the charge seems to last quite a while which I appreciate. It also came with a USB-C cord which could be used for a lot of different stuff so I thought that was a nice bonus. Now that I know how to re-program the keys, I think it could be cool in the future to change the functions depending on the needs of my lesson.

What should be a simple and easy to use device, is pretty terrible. The pointer to the software pointed to a site that was down. I searched, and found another source, but that software did not work on my Mac. After a lot of searching I did finally find some software that supported M1/M2 chips used in the new Macs, but that was just the beginning!After finally getting the buttons programmed, I found that in bluetooth mode, the battery barely lasted 48 hours! The device has colored LED's that are always flashing (using up the battery), but providing no useful function that I was able to determine. Even when used in wired mode it's a little flaky and unreliable. If I reboot my machine it seems to take almost 5 minutes before the device will start working again.Let me also say that I am an advanced user, so the fact that I spent over 2 hours trying to make it work says to me the the average "Joe" would not be making a wise decision to buy this device.

Adding back one star for the great customer support from the team here.This is a good, simple-to-use product. The software that is used to set the the marcros, is pretty simple and can be used to quickly set up the keypad. The battery on this dies after 2 days. I thought this might have been a problem with that specific one so I exchanged for another one. I have the same problem with it dying after 2-3 days. That is 2-3 days on stand-by with light use.

wirklich gute Ausführung, qualitatives USB C Kabel mit dabei-> mit stoff überzug, nicht son billiges plastik teil!setup ist gut und schnell mit kleiner anleitung erklärthat jetzt keine großartig wertvolle verpackung, aber darauf kommts glaub ich eh ned an :)Es ist wie, als hätte man ne kleine baby tastatur neben seiner normalen - die Tasten sind sehr clicky, was ich auch sehr mag (ist aber wahrscheinlich nicht für jedermann was)

I got this to use as a page turner for my Boox Note Air 3. I got the blutooth version and it came with clicky blue switches. No way did I want to listen to that while reading so I immediately swapped the switches to Akko Starfish (50gf linear). Over, this is easy to setup and works perfectly for my use case.Please note that while this is hotswappable, it only takes 3 pin switches. I tried snipping the plastic nubs on a 5 pin switch but it barley fit and kept mangling the top metal pin when I tried to pop the switch in. When I used 3 pin switches they fit perfectly every time.

Die erste Erkennung über Bluetooth hat etwas länger gedauert. Vielleicht war ich aber auch nur zu blöd, die Anleitungsschritte zu verstehen.Die Software muss man sich von einer ungesicherten HTTP Seite herunterladen (moderne Firewallsoftware wird sich beschweren) und war für mich auch nicht auf Anhieb verständlich.Jetzt aber - wo alles nach meinen Vorstellungen eingestellt ist - läuft alles super. Das Gerät wird nach dem Einschalten immer, sofort und zuverlässig erkannt. Makros haben immer funktioniert.Warum 2 USB-C Eingänge vorhanden sind, verstehe ich bis heute nicht (vorne und linke Seite). Vielleicht einfach nur um sich den Winkel des USB-Kabels auswählen zu können? Dabei soll es primär kabellos verwendet werden. Trotzdem könnte das für manch anderen aber ein wichtiges Feature sein.Die kleinen Probleme lenken sonst nicht mehr von der guten Funktion ab, also bleibe ich bei 5 Sternen.

I’d be shocked if you couldn’t find a good use for this. Between streaming. Game inputs. General quick access to your daily tasks. Plus setting profiles for any of it…Don’t fence sit. It’s cheap enough. And I bought one for a friend of mine who also uses it daily.Not terminally online lol but I am lazy.
