To Mr Yae Garden......for about 5 pennies more, this product could have come assembled. While it is not rocket science and a simple steel product, factory assembly would have taken one minute. C'mon fellas, you are better than that. Otherwise, its use is as intended. Functions to stretch the chest pre-workout and it does its job.
