Please Note
Router cannot be connected to the Offline Controller and by a USB cable at the same time:
- 1.Before connecting the Offline Controller disconnect the USB cable from the router

- 2.Before connecting the USB cable disconnect the Offline Controller from the router

- Connect the offline module to the GRBL controller board, then use it to control the CNC rounter
Support SD and TF card
- Support SD card and TF card at the same time, standard capacity 1G.No need to connect a computer, this can download the required engraving files to the offline controller (available USB or TF card reader).

X± Y± Z±: Moving Axis
OK/Spindle: Spindle ON/OFF
Exit/Step: Change Step/Exit (long press)
How to increase the spindle power: After pressing the spindle button, press and hold the OK button and the Z+ button simultaneously to increase the speed.
How to decrease the spindle: After pressing the spindle button, press and hold the OK button and the Z- button simultaneously to decrease the speed.
3.File Page
Common supported formats include nc. tex. tap.
Press [Y+] [Y-] to select file
Press [Ok] to Enter
Press [Ok] to begin if you are ready
Note:Long press [Exit] to stop machining
- Press Z+ and Z- , the Z axis will move up and down.
- Press X+ and X- , the X axis will move left and right.
- Press Y+ and Y- , the Y axis will move Front and Back.
- Press SPIN : Spindle on (Laser on ), Spindle off (laser off)
- Press SMOD: return
- Press Z+ for 5 seconds , change the Language to English.
- Press X- or X+ button to switch
- Control：Press confirmation button to access manually controlling page
- File：Press confirmation button to access file page
- Set：Press confirmation button to access setting page
- On the off-line controller, buttons control corresponding actions.
- SPN is spindle controlling,should press SPIN.
- Fan is fan controlling, should press SMOD.
- Common supported formats include nc. tex. tap.

Simple but efficient. Easy to control the CNC without the computer. You can insert SDCARD with the file to be carved and also control the axis with its buttons. Just what I was looking for.

This offline controller connected up to my CNC seamlessly. It was easy to operate, navigate the system and the screen is easy to see. I would suggest running a small test file from a computer and then from the offline controller to make sure they process the same on both. Great price and it frees up my computer to work on other projects while one is running on the CNC.

It's very tiny. But simple to use and easier to read than i thought. Came with 3 little programs loaded on the sd card. All 3 engraved pretty good. I love this little controller.
