The vinyl walls will not hold in an accomplished escapee. I bought it because of the specific measurements, so rather than send it back, I reinforced mine with wire mesh, which I then covered with beige duc tape. They should provide more zip ties too.

This has been a life saver for my crazy little furry cat child! The first 2 attempts of putting her in, she wasn't thrilled, but she adores it now & will go in on her own to take naps & she expects to be fed in there. There are 3 levels, room for a small litter box, a cat bed, comes with 2 scratch poles that connect to cage, as well as a hammock, and dual food bowl with automatic water dispensing bottle. It is NOT easy to figure out how to assemble using the included instructions, so had to have my son help me, but once we got the general idea of how things snapped together & figured out how to stack the levels, it was ok. It doesnt take much room up width wise, as all the play space is vertical & each level has its own access door with little clask lock. The clasp locks are almost impossible to work with unless you have baby sized fingers, so I just grabbed some larger carabiner clips that are super cheap & work perfectly. Another big plus about this enclosure is that you can order add on panels to make longer or taller levels. later on

This was a very good solution for us since we needed to keep our two 10 week old kittens safe while slowly introducing them to our dog. It does take some time to assemble, but it’s pretty sturdy for being lightweight, plus I could customize where I wanted each door to open per level. The hammock, small litter box and scratchers are quite nice, but the bed and water/food dish were just ok. The dish was slightly cracked, but useable. Sadly, my kittens have already outgrown it (they’re 5 months now)!

I bought this crate/cage to help build a routine with my cat and when I got it it took about 3 hours to assemble and nothing fit quite right. I've now had it for a few months and it has fallen apart multiple times, pieces pop out, my cat was on it when the top fell through (shes okay). Its nice it comes with things she'd need and is pretty spacious, but not sturdy.

It was annoying to assemble because it felt falling apart but once I got the hang of it, it went well and my cat loves it. The doors are not sturdy when closed so I have to use other types of locks to make sure that the cat doesn’t escape during night time

Currently fostering a kitten and keeping her away from my older cats + it’s great when i’m at work, I let her out when i’m home but works perfectly when i went on a trip, kept her safe from my grumpy cats.At first, I was skeptical due to the reviews I read, but it was practically easy to put together. I had no issues it was under one hour, and I’m happy with this indoor catio because it works for my foster kitten perfectly.

I needed a cage to put a tiny feral kitten in that I rescued from our street. I searched what was offered on Amazon and finally zeroed-in on this one because it was split level and wasn't too large so I could interact closely with the kitty inside and it had an access door on each level. When I began assembling it, I thought I was going to have to discard it because it was just too flimsy. However, as the assembly progressed, I realized it was designed well and it would turn out sturdy. AND IT DID! I was delightfully satisfied with the finished product and it really didn't take that long to assemble. Probably an hour, and I was happy with it. It has to be in pieces because it is so large when you're finished with it.I would recommend this product.

It’s super cute however it’s just not sturdy.We put it together and put my kitty in it and our other cat climbed on top and the entire thing collapsed. No animals were hurt in the use of this!If it were more sturdy, it would be perfect though.It was roomy, had enough levels, stairs, scratch posts that connect to it, all in one package, came with litter box and food and water bowl with the water bottle that attaches to the water bowl.Make it more sturdy and I will buy it again!!!
