It looks to be good quality but it will not fit a .5" OD shaft at it only has an .47" ID opening. If you want to ream it out, it should work. I didn't want to so I sent it back.

I used this to replace the crank on the height adjustment for an organ bench, where there were no other options, as the original pin had snapped off (Visser-Rowland). Works well, and is still holding up to weekly use.
