These exact handwheels are available here and many on a bay-sounding web site. I needed one with 200 distinct lines that I could adapt to a 60 year old metal-turning lathe as a means of converting a 100 mark dial (which is used to measure the radius of a cutting pass) to a measurement of diameter change for a cut. Not one single seller anywhere showed a photo where the zero was visible on the outer marked scale. Not even a request of the sellers to supply a photo of the zero mark was fruitful. The price of this wheel on Amazon was fortunately 40% less than almost all of the others and a couple days away instead of 30 days away, along with free returns.My complaint is that gap in the scale seen in the closeup photo. That adds an error into the scale that I can’t tolerate, meaning, this handwheel can’t be employed for the intended use. It’s too low cost to waste the time to send it back so I’ll throw it in the miscellaneous parts bin for some other project. Oh, the handwheel itself isn’t too bad, in case you’re wondering...I forgot something: There’s supposed to be a setscrew (“grubscrew”) included to enable the wheel to clamp onto the shaft that you want to turn. There was NO setscrew with mine.
