Great for securing you bait to the hook. Whatever bait you prefer to use the fish will always take off the hook, well this is a great way to keep your bait and catch the fish. Place your bait on the hook and then proceed to wrap the thread around the bait. By doing this, you will secure the bait. The thread is easy to wrap and has elastic properties that help to secure the bait and allow the fish to access it. I do not recommend using with live baitfish. Is excellent for worms, shrimp, cut bait and artificial baits. I do recommend.

This is great elastic. It stretches nicely. Now my kids can make elastic bracelets without having it slide off if their arms because this stretches. They are never going back to using regular corded thread. This is just so useful. We had something trapped behind a piece of furniture and this helped us retrieve it. Not it's intended use, but it made me think of how useful this is even if you aren't crafting with it.
