I purchased this braided line to replace my downrigger metal cable and although I have not had it very long at all, the durability is not in question, but I can't vouch for It's longevity just yet. This is truly great braid though and comparable to Scotty brand cable replacement braid...!

Good quality using it as my down rigger line on 12 lbs. weights. Way quieter then the cables.

Well this line is so strong my 12 foot penn surf rod broke in half and i still have yet to snap this line. I had my ugly stick 9 footer bent in half getting a snag out off of a pier and it still held up.

Je ne m'en sert pas du tout pour la pêche mais pour remplacer avantageusement du fil classique pour mes divers bricolages. Ce matériau est fabuleux pour son rapport section/résistance impressionnant.

I'm impressed. It is better than some of the more expensive brands. I put it on three 5000 sized reels and have used the rods heavily all summer for catching bluefish, large ribbon fish, black drum, red drum and other heavy fish as well as lighter ones like well like spots and whiting. The line is very durable without weak spots and much smoother. No noise when reeling in. I'll buy more next time----------- original review----------I've only just started using this line on multiple reels so I don't know about durability yet. What I do notice is how much smoother the line is, and how much less noise it makes when reeling in, than other major brands I have bought previously.

wird zur schmuckherstellung zweckentfremdet , die 1mm version ist tatsächlich mit den händen ohne handschuhe "fast" nicht zu reißen , eher rutscht der knoten durch als das die schnur selbst aufgibt , das anfängliche problem mit den durchrutschenden knoten war allerdings mit den richtigen knoten schnell und recht leicht zu beheben , die satten farben erblassen extrem schnell und die schnur färbt auch stark ab am anfang , danach sind die farben blass aber noch erkennbar und schimmern auch noch leicht metallisch , was mich jetzt persönlich absolut "null" stört , haptik und haltbarkeit ist wirklich klasse , sehr geschmeidig und für 1mm "extrem" robust ! klare kaufempfehlung !
