These are more durable than the original ones. I broke the handle and my bidet wasn't working properly until I installed these. Great replacement knob!

I love my Luxe bidet, but their OEM knob breaks every two years (1 person, daily use). I've tried reinforcing their new ones, fixing their old ones, but nothing works. So this time I thought I'd try these 3rd party replacement knobs. They fit well, they seem a lot more substantial, and after the first two weeks of use, I'm hopeful that they will last a long time. No, they are not shiny and chrome, but they do work well. Recommended.

Sure, the color doesn't match, but it feels stronger than and even more sensitive to adjustment than the original. Love it.

They are a drab sort of black color and are most likely made on a CNC rapid prototyping machine. Nevertheless, they fit fine and are quite a bit sturdier. No issues and much better than replacing the whole gadget.

I purchased this product to replace a broken knob on my Luxe Bidet. The replacement knob was a great fit and works well with the Neo 120 Bidet.

should be solid under them but they are hollow and may break as old knobs do.
