Oh my gosh, they saved my back. I had just had back surgery and still recuperating. It just makes it so easy just to pick up any little thing on the ground. I have probably six of them around my house because it never fails. I’ve always dropped something and there’s something on the floor. I need to pick something up. They won’t pick up anything Medium or medium heavy but I really shouldn’t be picking up that much anyway well-made they’re very easy to use the weight is perfect. They’re very easy to clean and the size is perfect.

My wife uses them both. She keeps one in the bedroom areas, and one in the living room. Helps out with no bending, to pick things up. Good strong grip.

Good thing there was a set of 2. The first one broke within a week.

Exactly as advertised, and you think you only need one, and you get two, and it turns out having two is very handy. They are handy, durable and for two the price is good. Easy to use and easy to store.

These grabbers work very well, they pick up the smallest items with ease and handle the larger items no problem. The magnet is very handy and the rubber grip ends keep the picked up items secure.

This grabber is simple but effective. Has a great grip to it with the thin rubber arms. I can even pick up my cell phone when it’s laying flat on the ground which was always the hardest to pickup. Light construction but strong. Little magnetic tips at the end are a nice touch for picking up small metal items. Solid buy!!!!

I have purchased these, and several other types of grabbers, many times over the past few years. Through several different cases of trial and error I can say, without hesitation, that the type of claws used on this brand of grabber is the BEST, hands down (pun intended)…the best for ME at least. There seems to be two major differences in the bulk of the moderately priced grabbers. I can’t speak, at all, to any pricey grabbers cuz I stick to the grabbers which sell for a maximum of $25 per unit. There’s several reasons for this; I’m a senior citizen who, like many other seniors, lives on a fixed income. Most of us have discovered that pension check and monthly social security benefits just don’t go as far as we would hope. I’ve also discovered a MAJOR DOWNSIDE to getting this old is you seem to remember just how much everything cost when you were younger and so you become ‘that’ old person..yup turn into THAT old biddy who will stand there and tell friends, family and strangers alike just how much each item cost when you first started driving (cost of gas), cooking (cost of food) or shopping (pretty much the price of anything else). Did I just go off on a tangent? Yeah, another side effect of aging, you start off down one road and then suddenly you realize you have digressed. Long story short, (boy is it too late for that!) grabbers which sell for All of the grabbers I have used and discarded have had the rubber of the fingers secured over a small lip or plastic rim and then glued in place. Depending upon how much you use the grabber, the weight of the items you are picking up, and most importantly, the temperature and humidity of the environment where you’re using the grabber will determine how much life you will see from the grabber. I have found that the fingers which are screwed or riveted onto the hand definitely have a longer lifespan. I’m not a big fan of these folding or collapsible grabbers due to the inherent weakness of the pole at the ‘joint’. I spent waaaayyyy too much time trying to pick up one of my bed pillows. I’m talking about a standard size pillow (in its pillowcase) which kept slipping off the grabber due to the weight. When I was able to grab the pillow and begin to lift it the pole would begin to bend, to the point I worried that it would snap. I was eventually able to flick the pillow onto the bed without damaging the grabber. It’s a standard size Sealy pillow and I stopped using concrete pillowcases two years ago so you should all be able to guesstimate the weight of the item which was almost outside the capabilities of the grabber. I, perhaps erroneously, chalked the problem up to the shape, as well as the size and weight of the pillow.Okay so I learned that I need to concentrate on NOT knocking my pillows off the bed. The best use for these folding grabbers is for picking up small, lightweight items. I have not yet picked up ANY cans or jars of food with these grabbers. Essentially I have truly grown wary of being hit in the face by cans or bottles of food or beverages. I’m short so grabbing a can or bottle from a cabinet or the fridge has often resulted with me looking like a battered woman. So I pretty much go with avoidance, if I can’t reach the can, bottle or jar that I want then I just set my sights a little lower, literally and figuratively. So yes, I heartily recommend these grabbers.* Have a blessed day y’all. *I was NOT happy with my latest purchase of these babies thanks to the seller (Varjac) sending me a package which had been returned by another customer. One grabber was fine while the other fingers on the other ‘hand’ wouldn’t come within two inches of each other. I have a problem with ANY SELLER selling/sending a package to ANY CUSTOMER which has been returned by ANYONE. Even if the customer does NOT report a problem with the product it SHOULD NOT be sold as NEW to another customer. That product is NO LONGER NEW and should be sold by the seller as an open box like new or in the case of the product I received, it should NOT have been sold to anyone else. If a seller receives a defective product and they have the item refurbished they STILL should NOT be allowed to sell that product as new. This has happened to me TWICE in one month so I believe Amazon has an issue with their sellers which I believe they need to resolve QUICKLY! It’s bad enough that we get stuck with the disposable C*R*A*P from China, which is not supposed to be disposable, but to have sellers passing on defective goods is insult on top of injury. I think the sellers are gambling that the customer will toss the item in the trash rather than go through the hassle of a return, especially if the item is an inexpensive item. Come on Amazon, are you listening?

It's a very good product to pick things that are unreachable. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the product isn't very strong. It's very light weight and you can't pick up anything that is very heavy. Good for picking up small toys, clothes etc.
