got it, was so excited to have a motion light for my little hall with no light. yes it worked great. go in the hallway, and the light comes on.the bad part is the batteries would last a couple days, so replacing all the AA batteries every couple days is more cost than the light. i got a rechargeable and so far its incredible. i get 4 weeks on a charge

I purchased these lights to light up a dark kitchen pantry closet about 3 feet deep and 6 feet wide. I installed these on the ceiling, and the installation was easy once I decided on placement. The lights are lightweight but sturdily built and I love that they are not direct-wired but battery operated. The motion detector is very sensitive and the lights are quite bright. I have slatted bifold doors on the pantry, and sometimes if I walk too close, it will trigger the lights. It's not an issue for me, but you can adjust the placement at installation for your needs. I liked that this was a two-pack and offered a good value for the cost.

Puts out a lot of light, batteries last a long time, super easy to install, light weight and a great value for the money.

I actually use these in my shed since I don’t have power running to it at the moment. Have it set up for motion sensing, and they work great. Bright enough between the two of them that I can see everything in my 10-16 shed at night.

We have brighter flashlights than this thing. It have a tiny book light brighter than this. The amount of light this puts out is decent for a dark hallway, not for tasks. This is not task lighting.

We have a small unlit pantry at the end of our washer and dryer area that had no wired light when the house was built. Creepy to say the least, like a cave.I tried a couple of LED closet lights that were really weak that used AAA batteries. The batteries didn't last very long and the light was poor and degraded way too soon. And I had 2 of them in the closet. This closet light is perfect and uses AA batteries and this thing throws lots of light. It came in a 2 pack so I thought good. I put the first one in and didn't need the second light. It is motion activated - go in and it's on, go out and it turns off. Perfect. It throws lots of light, has not degraded after 3 months of several times a day going in and out of the pantry. We are happy as can be over something so simple.

These lights are fairly large and bright, they actuate quickly and I really like them. I used one to light a panty (basically a walk-in closet). It was pitch dark and I had to fumbled around for the switch. Now, when I open the door, the light senses it and comes on. It is bright enough that I don't need to turn the overhead light. You can position them anywhere you'd like. I would definitely recommend.

I recently installed these battery-operated motion sensor LED ceiling lights in a small, enclosed space, and overall, they serve their purpose well. The lights are bright, providing adequate illumination even in areas without direct electricity, and the motion sensor works efficiently to turn the lights on and off automatically when needed. However, I did encounter a slight issue, as one of the lights was faulty upon arrival. Despite this, the other light has performed well, and I appreciate the convenience of not having to wire anything. It’s a good solution for sheds, closets, or any place where wiring is a challenge.I’d give it a solid 3 out of 5 stars because the working unit met my expectations, but the faulty piece was a bit disappointing.
