Although I'm not a big fan of the handle shape, I was happy to get them for mixing colored frostings. Unfortunately the shape wasn't the only issue, about half had rough spots, too.

Just the right flex. Very slick stainless steel. Perfect for icing cakes, plus excellent for reaching to the bottom of large condiment and sauce jars, like at Sam's and Costco.
