During the wartime of 2015 Ukrainian Ministry of Defence created a special group. Its aim was: the reforming of the material provision of Ukrainian Armed Forces. The equipment of Ukrainian Soldier was badly outdated by that time, and Ukrainian volunteers took the task of developing new elements of gear and clothing in the shortest time, taking into consideration the latest worldwide tendencies in military equipment. Members of the group that worked on the creation of combat gear of Ukrainian servicemen will be the skeleton of the 281Z Development Group in the future.
In October 2015 based on the 281Z developments, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence created a new unit, which continued reforming of a military provision of Ukrainian Armed Forces.
From the 2016 281Z Development Group cooperates with the popular Ukrainian military brands, to help design, develop and launch new products from modern materials.

Fits well, comfortable, durable, high-quality. What more can I say? You get what you see on this product. The material is lightweight, breathable, but warm. I haven’t noticed any shrinkage. seems like good value for cost.

I bought this in tan and it’s not tan. It’s green. The neck fits very well which is an issue I have with “unisex” shirts. I wish these were offered in white as well.

I seriously love everything about these! They are very figure hugging but still allow you to move and breathe easily, I don’t feel restricted by these at all. I have bought every color available and they look so pretty in real life! Really great colors. None of the stitching is scratchy, everything feels and looks smooth. I couldn’t ask for a better t-shirt

The fit is really nice and the material is comfortable. Best fitted for sure. I’m 4’11 and 115 lbs and got a small. The color is greener than the other T-shirt’s I have (shown in image compared to other OCP tshirts) There is slight discoloration on the sleeve due to me wiping my sweat off. Hasn’t happened with my other shirts, yet.

First off, I'm non military, so I appreciate the reviews that tell me these are the best t-shirts these women in the military have ever worn. But as a civilian, I'm just amazed by the quality and cool colors! The material is so smooth and comfie, and the stitching is perfect and doesn't scratch or itch like all those cheap made in China ones, some of which are actually not cheap in price! I think $25-28 is a good deal for this kind of quality, and these really seem durable, although time will tell. They are certainly better than most brand name ones from Underarmour and Nike I have tried.They definitely run small, though, so size up. I'm normally a large, but an extra large JUST fits, and I wish it were even a little looser. The neck hole is also on the smallish side, so takes some getting used to but luckily there is stretch. I wish it came in a v neck but that's probably not a military thing. If you like it loose I'd size up two sizes.And the best part: this is a genuine Ukrainian company, run by ex-Ukrainian military (although at present maybe re-enlisted?), and the shirts are actually made there. By buying these I'm doing just a tiny part to help support their economy during this crisis.

This is the best OCP shirt I could have ever bought! I just ordered four more. They fit me well considering I am very small chested and I have an extremely tiny waist, I felt like I was drowning in my other shirts. They make you look toned around the arms, the material is breathable and overall just looks amazing. The stitching around the arms and chest make the shirt look athletic and give the shoulders a good shape. 10/10 would recommend, will be a staple in my collection considering I wear OCP’s everyday I will never go back to my old shirts.UPDATE:I have still been buying these shirts and they are still amazing, expect a new color if you order TAN, it's now a green color but I would still consider it in regulation.

This shirt is so much better than any other combat t-shirt I've ever owned. It's very flattering and clearly cut for a woman's body. The tan color is perfect for wear with ocps. The only downside is it is a bit tight at the neck. The shirt itself also runs a little small. I'm usually between a medium and a large. I ordered the size large of this and it was very fitted. I really like the fit, but if you want a loose fit, you'd probably need to size up a full size larger.

This was an incredible find, I'm holding off mentioning this product to a forum of military females because selfishly I don't want these to sell out for months. But THANK GOD this Ukrainian company figured out what the US military and contracted clothing companies simply cannot wrap their heads around: Women have boobs, smaller waists and narrower shoulders than their male counterparts. Shocking, I know. We'd also like clothes that FIT and are made from quality material so that we can do our jobs and not be (1) fighting with crap fabric that retains moisture/odor and doesn't last or (2) looking like we are trapped in a bag.These shirts are MORE than worth the money, and honestly blow the more expensive UA women's tactical shirts out of the water. The fabric is 4-way stretch with reinforced seaming, and...wait for it...NOT SEE THROUGH AT ALL! I can take my OCP top off and get work done without feeling like I'm "on display." The neck doesn't stretch out and look sloppy. These wash and dry like a dream, as well, with zero shrinking, pulling, fading, etc.Seriously I can't say enough great things about these. I'd love for this company to come out with more female military products, they clearly know what they're doing. Long sleeve Ts, waffle shirts, even OCP-compliant outerwear. Seriously I don't know why US companies haven't capitalized on the enormous lack of women's tactical gear available commercially. We are a growing demographic and are willing to pay $$$$$ for quality items!As others have mentioned, the TAN is OCP compliant.
