In the past I have made my own attachments for my totes using several off the shelf plumbing parts. This is a MCU better solution. For half the price of individual pieces these connections eliminate leaks, install easily and are more reliable. I have gone back on replaced my old connections with these quality parts.

Attached easily to my IBC Tote. Hose attached easily to fitting. No leaks. Haven’t used it a lot yet but looks like will do just fine! Remember to unscrew the top to let the air in so the water will flow👍🏼

Fits really good and doesn’t leak. Easy to install and we put it on and take it off randomly. Would definitely buy another one and recommend it to friends

Fit so perfectly that I had zero leaks, not even a drip, from the quick connect side. However, You MUST use thread seal tape for the output side, or it will leak. (If your part will not be removed from the output, I would recommend a better sealant like silicone.)This issue wouldn't exist, or at least as prominently, if it were made of cast aluminum... and those exist. The problem is that the aluminum ones are close to $30 retail, and I could not source one with a 3/4" hose output.Overall, minus one star only because 3/4" hoses tend to be something that moves around a lot. If you've got a system that is solid and piped in, you probably don't need this particular adapter- you'd be using something else. My hose connects to this output and stays pretty stationary- running between two IBC containers used for irrigation, and final output is to an aluminum quick release with a threaded hole for a hose bib. THAT output is stout enough to handle a tightly pulled hose without damaging the quick adapter's output side. If yours is intended for just a functional garden hose that you move around- make sure you don't stress this plastic adapter when you do pull on the hose.

Works good for my IBC tote tanks for catching rain water for garden. Fits 2" tank value and can connect garden hose directly to it.
