Life hack for people like me who move every 2-4 years (military): buy these and a bunch of the adjustable-length pressure rods. Then you don’t have to buy new curtain rods every time you move, and everything is the right size! For longer rods or heavy curtains do both size and also a middle. It won’t look professional but better than most cheap aluminum rods!

I don't remember why I bought these hooks, but I did. Oh, wait I do remember. I bought them thinking I could hang something from the overhang on my balcony. They came, and I realized the overhang is made of concrete. I don't think they could handle concrete.I kept them anyway because I looked at them and thought, "These are some good looking hooks." Being a crafty fella I soon found a use for them. I used them on a wooden frame as a part of a larger project. They worked great. They did exactly what I wanted them to do. The rest of the project was a complete failure, but I am hanging onto these hooks even if my partner does insist I am a hoarder. Crafter? Hoarder? Tomato, To-mah-to.Sturdiness? They are still stuck in the wood of the failed project they were used for, so pretty darn sturdy.Easy installation? Oh, yeah. I just used my fingers.Value for money? I spent money on them and I didn't cry or lose any sleep.All in all a must have for any junk drawer or craft closet.

These have been great! I wasn’t sure how sturdy they’d be but I’ve used them so a lot of things and they hold up really well and look great. I’ve used them for hanging flower baskets, hanging string lights, and indoor macrame plant holders. Looking into getting more, they’re very handy to have around.
